Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree focused on Commercial Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7–10 years of CRE lending, analysis, structuring, and negotiating experience.
• 10 years in financial services with corporate lending exposure and credit training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze investor-owned CRE properties nationwide to assess repayment ability and collateral values.
• Coordinate lending proposals and pitches with Relationship Managers to maximize returns.
• Manage portfolio reviews, renewals, and covenant monitoring; maintain risk controls.
• Lead deal teams, negotiate terms, and mentor analysts and associates.
