Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a Portfolio Manager for its Commercial Real Estate group. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver structured loan solutions across the U.S. and prepare credit proposals aligned with policy.

You will monitor a portfolio, ensure timely reviews, and support deal teams in underwriting, loan structuring, and client solutions while driving credit quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Underwriting experience in CRE lending and credit analysis.
• 7+ years of underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Experience in loan structuring and deal execution across CRE properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well-reasoned credit proposals in line with bank policy.
• Monitor portfolio performance; manage reviews and renewals.
• Collaborate withRelationship Managers and deal team for cross-sell opportunities and loan structuring.
