The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, 5+ years of CRE paralegal experience, and proficiency in MS Office and title-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing and post-closing.
• Prepare and maintain deal files, closing documents, and related records.
• Draft and revise transaction documents, correspondence, and organizational documents.
• Coordinate due diligence materials including title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports.
• Prepare signature packages, closing binders, and post-closing deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other professionals.
• Assist with closing statements and escrow-style closings.
• Maintain time entries and transaction records.
• Track multiple transactions to keep deals moving smoothly.
• Travel locally for client meetings and closings.
