Orionplacement seeks a commercial real estate transactional paralegal to support attorneys from inception through closing in a well-established practice. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants.

Applicants must have 3+ years of CRE transactional paralegal experience and be able to manage complex documentation with precision in a fast-paced environment. On-site Sacramento location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions.
• Strong document management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize transactional documents.
• Assist with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing binders.
• Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation.
• Manage transaction timelines and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
• Maintain organized case files and transactional records.
• Assist with entity formation and organizational documents as needed.
