Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or experience commensurate with position grade.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with servicing agreements.
• Perform intensive loan servicing for loans not meeting standards.
• Generate income through transaction fees and late charges.
• Monitor and administer loan payments and delinquencies.
• Review reserve disbursements and related insurance/tax issues.
• Calculate yield maintenance and process payoffs.
• Input and maintain loan data in servicing systems.
