Wellington Management is seeking an experienced Investment Professional to join the Commercial Real Estate Debt team in New York. The role focuses on building deal flow, rigorous underwriting, and creating investment recommendations across sponsors, borrowers, and financing partners.

You will work closely with global credit analysts and research colleagues to manage and structure bespoke covenants while advancing the firm's CRE lending capabilities within a collaborative environment.
