You will support policy and procedure improvements to adapt to market and regulatory changes, with emphasis on CRE documentation, accurate risk ratings, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7–10 years of banking experience.
• Strong CRE documentation and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
