Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Administrator to maintain an assigned portfolio of CRE and swap loans post-closing. The role includes reviewing, closing, and processing modifications, payments, rate changes and releases.

The position requires coordinating construction draws, inspecting reports, and ensuring approvals align with loan documents. You will also handle onboarding swaps, monthly billing reconciliation, and liaising with borrowers, counsel, and

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations.
Ability to interface with customers, counsel, compliance, credit, title companies and other external contacts.

Responsibilities

Reviews, closes, and processes modifications/extensions, payments, rate changes, payoffs, partial releases and exceptions.
Administers the construction draw process including reviewing budgets and ensuring loan balance and L/C exposure; reviews inspection reports and resolves issues.
Administers swapped loans (if assigned), onboarding swaps and monthly billing reconciliation.
Coordinates loan closing activities including due diligence, gathering client data, and preparing funding requests.
