Job summary

You will analyze credit requests, prepare committee materials, and monitor portfolio risk and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in credit analysis, CRE experience across property types, and strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of credit analysis and underwriting experience.
• Completion of a bank commercial credit training program.
• Experience analyzing commercial / residential real estate projects including income-producing properties.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites requests for credit extensions to new and existing clients.
• Performs detailed financial analysis for CRE and lending opportunities.
• Prepares CARs, modifications, covenant waivers/amendments for Senior Loan Committee.
• Monitors loan performance, risk rating, and covenant compliance.
• Prepares periodic financial reviews and monthly asset reports.
• Ensures initial credit facility setup aligns with covenants in loan documents.
