Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced loan processor to handle commercial and retail loan applications, ensure accurate documentation, and prepare closing packages. The role requires familiarity with TRID disclosures and underwriting guidelines, with regular interaction with clients and external partners.

The position will involve coordinating closings, verifying documents for accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policy and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant loan

Qualifications

• Experience processing commercial and retail loan applications.
• Understanding of TRID disclosures and Closing Disclosure timing.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to read, interpret and verify loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Obtain documentation and process complex loan applications.
• Coordinate loan closings and disbursement of funds.
• Verify accuracy of loan applications and supporting documents.
• Prepare Good Faith Estimates and required disclosures.
• Review title commitments, trusts, and POA where applicable.
• Maintain currency in loan processing policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with moderately complex inquiries.
