Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is seeking a sophisticated Capital Markets Advisor to join our Atlanta office. This senior-level production role is designed to partner with our Director to lead deal execution and scale SIG’s West Coast debt and equity presence.

We seek a candidate with deep CRE capital markets knowledge and the ability to deliver underwriting excellence across retail, industrial, and net lease assets. A commission-driven, performance-based environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of CRE capital markets experience.
• Advanced CRE underwriting, including DCF analysis, DSCR/DY hurdles, and equity waterfall.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRE asset classes (Retail, Industrial, Multifamily).
• Ability to command respect in high-stakes negotiations as a senior firm representative.
• Highly motivated by a 100% commission structure and building a high-volume business.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of complex CRE financing, including debt and equity placements.
• Serve as primary advisor to sponsors and investment brokers, analyzing spreads and lender appetite.
• Oversee underwriting and debt package development to meet credit committee standards.
• Expand and manage a diverse network of capital providers (CMBS, Life Companies, Debt Funds, Agencies).
• Partner with the Director to manage the production pipeline from mandate to closing.
