Job summary

HPI in Austin, TX seeks a Brokerage Coordinator to support brokers and the Partner on investment activity. This 100% in-office role handles listings, marketing, tours, and ownership reporting, while coordinating due diligence, closings, and loan compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRE administration, strong organization and communication, and familiarity with industry software like CoStar, LoopNet, Power BI, and DocuSign. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative or coordinator experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or with a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support brokers with listing maintenance, marketing, tours, and ownership reporting.
• Assist Partner on investment activities: loan compliance, due diligence, closings.
• Handle scheduling, events, travel, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare invoices, track commissions, and maintain deal tracking databases.
• Manage leases, proposals, and price/economics analyses for ownership review.
• Maintain CoStar/LoopNet/Crexi listings and marketing materials.
