Qualifications

• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and governance documents.
• Experience managing due diligence, closings, and deal execution with minimal supervision.
• Experience advising on formation, joint ventures, private investments, and financing structures.
