About the Role:

Our Austin, TX based law firm client is seeking an Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join its Real Estate Development & Investments practice group. The associate will work with both the Real Estate and Construction teams on sophisticated commercial projects in Texas and other states. This is a growth position offering meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a clear path toward advancement within the firm.

The practice includes mixed-use developments and other complex real estate and construction projects. The successful candidate should be intellectually curious, attentive to details, and eager to develop experience in a sophisticated transactional practice.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Real Estate and Construction teams on sophisticated commercial projects

Support mixed-use developments and other complex real estate and construction transactions

Engage in direct client interaction

Handle complex legal drafting for real estate and construction matters

Qualifications:

2-6 years of experience, with a strong interest in real estate development, mixed-use projects, and construction (prior experience helpful but not required)

Admitted to practice law in Texas

Strong academic credentials

Proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication

Pay range and compensation package:

The compensation range for this position is between $240,000 and $430,000.
