Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its New York, NY office. The role involves handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects with a nationally respected real estate team.

You will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and JV agreements; lead due diligence and supervise title, survey, environmental and zoning reviews; collaborate with cross-practice teams and partners from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase/sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence across title, survey, environmental, and zoning.
• Admission to practice in New York State (in-office 5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across CRE assets.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and JV agreements.
• Lead due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement stage through completion with cross-practice teams.
• Support day-to-day real estate matters including amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues.
