Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI) seeks a Senior Asset Management Analyst to evaluate, monitor, and optimize the financial and operational performance of MPI's real estate portfolio.

You will build financial models in Excel/ARGUS, analyze market data, support leasing with Asset Managers, and prepare executive-level reporting for leadership and decision-making. You will collaborate with Investment, Finance, Operations, Leasing, and Property Management teams, develop KPI dashboards, and contribute

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related CRE experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel and ARGUS; familiarity with real-estate finance, leasing, and development concepts.
• Strong social and interpersonal skills, curious nature, and a self-driven work ethic in CRE.
• Knowledge of CRE terminology and financial literacy with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Build, maintain, and enhance cash flow models, valuation analyses, and return projections in Excel and ARGUS.
• Monitor asset-level and portfolio-level performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support leasing efforts by tracking activity, LOIs, vacancies, and market data.
• Analyze lease economics and tenant credit to support deals.
• Partner with finance, operations, leasing, and property management for budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, executive summaries, and portfolio reports for leadership.
• Assist with hold/sell analyses, refinancing, disposition readiness, and due diligence.
• Assist capital expenditure planning, procurement coordination, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain internal databases and market research resources to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Investment Team on development projects and engage with market participants.
