Job summary

MPI is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Associate in the Dallas area to support ongoing management and optimization of a diversified real estate portfolio. You will work with senior leaders and operating partners to enhance asset performance through detailed financial analyses and strategic market research.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous modeling, and delivering senior-level reports to investors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate asset management, acquisitions, underwriting or related experience.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models.
Exposure to multiple CRE asset classes and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

Analyze portfolio performance via financial modeling, valuations, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor business plan execution and drive asset-level value creation with operating partners.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions.
Maintain asset management models and evaluate operating, financing, and disposition scenarios.
Develop and track KPIs to enhance portfolio accountability and performance.
Collaborate with investment professionals to maximize NOI and investment returns.
Prepare institutional-quality analyses and presentations for leadership and investors.
