Job summary

Blueprint CFO, a leading real estate investment and management organization in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join its team. You will support asset-level business plans, analyze property performance, and help identify opportunities to drive value across the portfolio.

You will build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus, evaluate quarterly appraisals, assist with leasing analyses and capital transactions, and contribute to Investment Committee materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong financial modeling and real estate analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Argus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for existing portfolio assets.
• Analyze property performance and quarterly appraisals.
• Support asset-level business plans, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Perform lease analyses and assist with tenant negotiations.
• Contribute to Investment Committee materials and strategic analysis.
• Conduct market research and review relevant documents.
