Lift Solutions Holdings in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Crane Technician to join our field service team. You will perform installation, inspections, maintenance and repair of hoist and crane equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' crane and hoist troubleshooting, experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs and circuits, and a valid driver's license. This physically demanding role requires climbing and lifting, with clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
• Overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrician or Electro-Mechanical tech preferred.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work at height; physically demanding role.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
• Perform OSHA-equivalent inspections; document warranty work; troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance; respond to emergency service calls.
• Support customers by interfacing with customer and office to repair equipment.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without drawings.
• Document service actions by completing forms, reports, and checklists.
• Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, and safety in all areas.
• Develop knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
• Responsible for company equipment including vehicles and tools.
