Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings in Troy, MI is seeking a Crane Technician to join our team. You will provide quality installation, inspections, maintenance and repair service for hoist and crane equipment, upholding professional integrity and customer confidence.

This role requires 5+ years in crane and hoist troubleshooting, experience with motors and VFDs, and the ability to work at height in noisy environments. We offer comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and relocation assistance where

Qualifications

• 5+ years troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors and circuits.
• Overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Electrician or Electro-Mechanical Technology preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
• Perform OSHA-equivalent inspections and document warranty work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Interface with customers and offices to repair equipment as needed.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical adjustments with or without drawings.
• Document actions via forms, reports and inspection checklists.
