NCCER seeks a Crane Product Manager to steward the Crane, Rigger, and Signal Person product line, driving growth and profitability through partnerships, market insights, and regulatory-aligned programs.

You will translate strategy into an actionable roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve candidate volume and program outcomes. This role requires industry experience and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years’ experience in construction industry, workforce development, crane, industrial services, or heavy equipment industries.
• Experience launching and managing products or programs.
• Demonstrated revenue growth responsibility.
• Strong project management skills.
• Significant experience managing or supporting complex, customer-facing products or programs in a technical, regulated, or industrial environment (crane, heavy equipment, construction, or adjacent industries strongly preferred)

Aufgaben

• Translate executive strategy into an actionable product roadmap and day-to-day priorities.
• Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and product performance data to develop informed recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product enhancements are delivered effectively.
• Manage the ongoing prioritization of features, enhancements, bug fixes, and customer requests.
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities, and bring thoughtful recommendations to leadership for key decisions.
• Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the product’s day-to-day health and execution.
