Job summary

West Coast Training in Woodland, WA is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced full-time NCCCO Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven history with previous employers and substantial crane experience.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in the crane industry, strong communication and leadership, and be able to train students and document attendance. NCCCO certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in crane industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Physical, intellectual, and leadership abilities needed to perform crane operator training and classroom instruction.
• Team-oriented and results-driven.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

West Coast Training in Woodland, WA, is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced full-time NCCCO Instructor to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of longevity with previous employers and substantial experience in Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, and Rigging/Signaling.A minimum of 2 years of experience within the crane industry is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, exhibit flexibility, and engage professionally with both students and colleagues. Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining attendance and training documentation. While NCCCO certification is preferred, it is not a mandatory qualification.

Minimum JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Must have the ability to communicate with others using oral and written skills
• Must have physical, intellectual, and leadership abilities needed to perform the duties of cranes, operator training, and classroom instruction.
• Must be team-oriented and results-driven.
