Job summary

NCCER is seeking a fully remote Crane Product Manager to steward the Crane, Rigger, and Signal Person portfolio. Lead strategy and roadmaps, align programs with workforce needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and certification offerings.

You will partner with industry stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and shape pricing and market strategies while ensuring program quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in construction, workforce development, crane, industrial services, or heavy equipment industries.
• Experience launching and managing products or programs.
• Demonstrated revenue growth responsibility.
• Experience managing customer-facing products or programs in a technical, regulated, or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Experience representing an organization externally at industry meetings, conferences, or standards-setting bodies.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable roadmaps and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive strategy into a product roadmap and day-to-day priorities.
• Gather customer feedback, market data, and product performance insights to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements.
• Manage ongoing prioritization of features, enhancements, and customer requests.
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities; advise leadership accordingly.
• Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance for improvements.
• Own the crane certification product portfolio and drive growth strategy.
• Develop annual growth targets with the executive team.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and workforce demands.
• Build roadmaps for new certifications and endorsements.
