Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean's manufacturing campus, seeks an experienced Crane Operator 3 to lead complex lifts and mentor other operators on site. You will review lift packages, plan configurations, and ensure safe, compliant operations on demanding towers and facilities.

The role emphasizes advanced load-chart use, coordination with foremen and lift directors, and proactive safety practices across varied, high-risk environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of crane operation experience.
• Current certifications for TSS, TLL, and LAT for lattice boom cranes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex crane execution and coach other operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard reviews for complex crane setups and restricted environments.
• Plan crane positioning, rigging, and setups with crew members.
• Mentor operators and provide field input to lift planning and equipment readiness.
• Review operator logs and coordinate safety-critical repairs.
