Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Clinical Research professional to support on-site or remote monitoring across Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out visits. You will verify investigator qualifications, train site staff, and assist with regulatory submissions as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a global team, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to trials in oncology or rare diseases.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent required.
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials preferred, especially oncology or rare disease.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Perfoms on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visits to ensure site adequacy.
• Identifies investigators and verifies qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment and staff for the study period.
• Trains investigational site staff as necessary.
• Supports preparation of regulatory submissions when applicable.
• Participates in mentoring/training of new staff and co-monitoring visits.
