Job summary

Ergomed is seeking a Clinical Monitoring professional to perform pre-study to close-out monitoring visits, ensuring sites meet protocol and regulatory requirements. You will identify qualified investigators, train site staff, and support regulatory submissions on may be site-related projects.

The role may involve national travel, with on-site or remote, offering a collaborative, global team environment within our CRO and pharmacovigilance businesses.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, oncology or rare disease preferred.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visits to ensure sites are adequate.
• Identify investigators and verify qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment and staff.
• Train investigational site staff as necessary.
• Support preparation of regulatory submissions when applicable.
• Mentor/train new staff and conduct co-monitoring visits.
