Job summary

Ergomed is seeking a Monitoring professional to support on-site or remote visits, ensuring investigators meet study requirements and have adequate facilities and staff. You will train site personnel, assist with regulatory submissions, and mentor junior staff while contributing to high-quality trial conduct.

The role supports phase 2/3 trials, including oncology or rare disease programs, and requires strong English communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with on-site monitoring in oncology or rare disease trials.
• Ability to travel nationally for site visits.
• Demonstrated collaborative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with phase 2/3 trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site or remote monitoring visits to ensure site adequacy for study conduct.
• Identify investigators and verify qualifications, resources, and facilities.
• Train site staff as needed.
• Support regulatory submissions when applicable.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in co-monitoring visits.
