Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Sr. CRAs with 3+ years of site monitoring experience in ophthalmology to support trials across major hubs in CA, TX, and the Southeast & Northeast US.

You will conduct routine monitoring, close-outs, site management, SAE reporting, source data verification, and training; travel 30-50% to sites and vendors as needed while ensuring patient safety and data integrity per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in a related allied health field or certification.
• 3+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• 30-50% overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine monitoring and close-out visits for clinical sites.
• Ensure data quality via source data verification and CRF review.
• Manage regulatory compliance and SAE reporting.
• Assist with site training and onboarding of staff.
