Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team. As a CRA, you’ll monitor sites, ensure high-quality trial execution, and maintain regulatory compliance across all study phases.

The role is home-based with preference for candidates residing in Mexico City. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, hold a life sciences degree, and have at least 1 year of oncology CRA experience. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of CRA experience monitoring oncology trials is required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Home-based role; preference for candidates residing in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical trial sites through on-site and remote visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Manage site-level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports.
• Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity.
• Ensure sites are always audit-ready.
