Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr CRA) to oversee site monitoring and site close-out for assigned trials in the United States, ensuring patient safety and high data quality in compliance with GCP and sponsor standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; clinical research or nursing/pharmacy may apply.
• Experience with site monitoring and CRO/pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and sponsor standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site monitoring from activation through database lock and close-out.
• Act as primary site contact; work with SCP to ensure quality of site delivery.
• Monitor safety events (AEs/SAEs) and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
• Perform on-site and remote monitoring as required; manage site relations and training.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory and trial documentation within deadlines.
