Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA II to oversee site monitoring and site management for clinical studies in the Central region. The role requires 3+ years monitoring experience and 1+ year device experience, with strong leadership capabilities on smaller projects.

Responsibilities include site initiation, regulatory liaison, data integrity, and travel coordination. The position demands travel and the ability to train junior staff within a collaborative team framework.

Competenze

• Three years of clinical monitoring experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and drug development process.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• University or college degree (life science preferred) or related certification.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage clinical study sites, including routine monitoring and closeout.
• Lead monitoring activities and act as Local Project Coordinator or Lead CRA as assigned.
• Ensure informed consent, protocol adherence, and data integrity.
• Prepare trip reports, manage study budgets, and liaise with vendors.
• Travel 60-80% overnight as required for site visits.
