Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Senior CRA II based in the Central region to manage site monitoring and study coordination. The role emphasizes adherence to protocol requirements, regulatory guidance, and data integrity across trial sites in the Fortrea network.

You will lead monitoring activities, review reports, and collaborate with investigators and vendors. Travel will be extensive, supporting project goals and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life science or related field.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of drug development.
• Fluent in English; local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site monitoring and closeout, ensure proper study file maintenance and visit execution.
• Lead monitoring plans and trip report review for assigned protocols or projects.
• Coordinate with investigators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely trial progress and data integrity.
• Prepare accurate trip reports and document regulatory submissions as needed.
• Support training and mentoring of junior staff and assist with project management tasks.
