Stantec leads Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) at a major mine reclamation project in northern New Mexico and seeks a senior project engineer to lead safety and on-site CQA activities. This full-time onsite role requires a 2-year commitment with potential for a 3-week onsite/1-week offsite rotation.

You will manage the onsite team, coordinate with the Construction Contractor, EOR, and Client, and own the QMS on the ArcGIS Online platform while ensuring design intent is maintained through

Qualificações

• B.S. in engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, Mining or Environmental).
• 12+ years of progressively responsible civil/geotechnical project experience, with at least 5 years in a CQA leadership role on heavy earthworks or mine reclamation.
• Professional Engineer license in NM or eligibility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite safety program and day-to-day CQA execution.
• Coordinate with Construction Contractor, EOR and Client; conduct weekly/monthly meetings.
• Administer and continuously improve the QMS on the ArcGIS Online platform.
• Review QC data, verify tolerances, and drive closure of non-conformances.
