Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Strong semiconductor domain knowledge and IP management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, drive, and deliver CPU IP development and integration into silicon products across Qualcomm’s roadmap.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of credible, data-driven schedules and milestones.
• Organize interdepartmental meetings to set milestones, define tasks, and establish policies.
• Manage IP-SoC relationships and partnership programs.
• Troubleshoot issues, develop alternative tasks and resource plans, and resolve conflicts.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Roll up and report to senior executives on milestones, budget, metrics, and risks.
• Develop processes to increase team productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee design, development, validation, test, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining activities for hardware products.
• Advocate for the program in cross-functional and stakeholder meetings.
