Job summary

Intel in Austin (and nearby Phoenix) seeks an experienced leader to drive RTL development and silicon IP projects. You will guide teams across architecture, frontend, and backend, leveraging AI tools to improve RTL coding efficiency and deliver high-performance CPU designs.

The candidate will contribute to front-end and back-end workflows, participate in architectural discussions, and help ensure designs meet power, performance, and timing goals while maintaining design integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in silicon development of CPU logic.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and delivering IP projects.
• Experience with x86 CPU microarchitecture is a plus

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership and hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency in RTL coding and silicon development.
• Advances front-end methodologies and contributes to architectural discussions for scalability.
• Develops strategies and tools for RTL development and logic optimization to meet power, performance, area, and timing targets.
