Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston seeks a CPQ Business Analyst Consultant to drive the implementation and adoption of a Configure, Price, Quote solution across Engineering, Sales, Estimating, and Finance.

You will translate complex product configuration and pricing into actionable requirements and support testing and go-live activities. You will collaborate with project managers, solution leads, and stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, ensure data integrity, and enable efficient quote-to-order

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience on complex technology or transformation projects.
• 5+ years working in modern software development environments.
• Experience with CPQ processes or solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and facilitation.
• Experience with Agile software development and system implementation.
• Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience is a plus.
• SAP or ERP experience within manufacturing is an asset.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations is an asset.
• Knowledge or experience with AI-enabled solutions is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements, business rules, and configuration requirements.
• Translate complex engineering, estimating, pricing, sales, and quoting processes into clear, testable requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document current-state and future-state processes.
• Define requirements for product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, and workflows.
• Map end-to-end quote-to-order processes and identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Support integration requirements between CPQ, SAP/ERP, CRM, reporting platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and scope changes.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts and support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Partner with Change Management to support training materials, procedures, and user readiness.
• Support cutover planning, data validation, user access and security readiness, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CPQ solution aligns with business requirements.
