Job summary

Highspring is seeking a motivated CPM leader to drive OneStream engagements from requirements through deployment, while mentoring teams and expanding the relations with clients. You will shape finance transformation projects for CFO offices and ensure value delivery across engagements.

Ideal candidates bring deep OneStream experience, CPM best practices, and a track record of leading complex implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other CPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of CPM processes: close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Help grow the CPM practice and strengthen alliance with OneStream; support staffing and recruiting.
• Support business development through events, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Uphold delivery standards and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
• Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream capabilities and best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members and collaborate with other Highspring services.
