Job summary

MathCo is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics (Sales & Marketing / Demand) to own the analytical product roadmap for North America. You will work with market, regional, and global stakeholders to translate business problems into vision and deliver analytics products that drive commercial value.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Technology teams to secure resources and ensure adoption of solutions, while guiding a backlog of epics and releases in an agile

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or go-to-market roles within a sales/marketing driven environment.
  • Experience with MMM and Trade & Promotion Management in a CPG environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Lean product management and backlog management.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Experience partnering with analytics, data, and technology teams.

About the Role

MathCo is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics (Sales & Marketing / Demand) to lead the roadmap and delivery of analytical products that support commercial, sales, and marketing teams across North America.

You’ll work closely with market, regional, and global stakeholders to build products that solve real business problems, accelerate digital transformation, and create measurable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Data & Analytics contact for North America Sales & Marketing (Demand) stakeholders.
  • Convert business problems into clear product visions, synthesizing user needs, pain points, personas, and existing tools.
  • Manage and prioritize the analytical product roadmap, partnering with an Associate Product Manager to focus on the highest‑impact areas.
  • Ensure all D&A use cases deliver tangible business value and align with global, regional, and local strategies.
  • Manage a backlog of Epics and Releases using Agile methodologies, coordinating delivery with technical squads and third‑party partners.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Technology teams to secure the resources, data assets, and platforms needed for successful delivery.
  • Evaluate product adoption and value creation to ensure solutions continue to solve the underlying business problem.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product management, brand management, or go‑to‑market strategy within a sales or marketing‑driven environment.
  • Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Trade & Promotion Management in a CPG environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Lean product management, product lifecycles, and backlog management.
  • Proven ability to facilitate teams through problem identification, ideation, and solution development.
  • Strength in business‑to‑science translation, partnering effectively with analytics, data, and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and backlog tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Asana).
  • Solid analytics foundation — operations research and data science literacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; product management certifications preferred.
