Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Liaise between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Oversee Order Processing team for accurate, timely orders.
• Support Sales with pricing, reporting, and account activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments and payment issues.
• Maintain SAP customer data, pricing, and account records.
• Manage Salesforce records, reporting, and data integrity.
• Handle inquiries from prospective customers and qualify leads.
• Prepare monthly reports for Business Managers and brokers.
• Directly supervise the Order Processing Team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cross-functional coordination.
