Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to act as the primary liaison among customers, the Sales team, Operations, Accounting and brokers for a CPG company.

The role oversees customer service, order management, and supports the sales process from order entry to issue resolution. The position requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, sound judgment, effective communication, and ownership of customer-related processes, with leadership oversight

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive customer service/sales operations experience in a CPG environment.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience leading customer service and sales operations teams and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting and brokers.
• Manage and support order processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and account information in SAP; oversee Salesforce records and reporting.
• Support Sales team with customer service, order management, pricing and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and cross-functional coordination.
