Decisions are made independently concerning scheduling of court hearings, responding to inquiries concerning the court system, processing and drafting of orders.
There is significant interaction with attorneys, law enforcement agencies, state, county, and local agencies, other County employees, judges and the general public.
Knowledge of court practices and procedures, specific needs of court officials, statutes, rules and regulations affecting the office and general office practice and procedures. Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions, draft accurate documents and reports, communicate effectively orally and in writing, and interact effectively with co workers and the general public. Ability to fulfill physical demands of job, sensory demands (seeing and hearing), and cognitive demands (concentration, conceptualization, memorization).
