Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant administrative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of office productivity tools (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling courses for the department, including Individual Instruction courses.
• Coordinate yearly Graduate Site Visit including budget and reporting.
• Facilitate TA assignments and TA applications under direction of faculty coordinators.
• Serve as administrator for Course Instructor Surveys (CIS) and manage grade reporting and changes.
• Coordinate with HR and Graduate Advising on appointments and tuition.
