Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Systems Analyst - Coupa to support and enhance the S2P platform across finance, procurement, and IT interfaces. You will own day-to-day production support and contribute to process improvements in Coupa.

Responsibilities include configuring Coupa for new processes, handling releases, testing, integrating with ERP and MDM tools, and delivering user-friendly solutions. Fluent English and 8+ years in S2P with Coupa admin are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of equivalent experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Coupa Admin experience is mandatory.
• Strong functional knowledge across S2P functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Coupa S2P system.
• Configure Coupa to support new processes and improve usability.
• Lead testing, UAT planning, and defect resolution for releases.
• Partner with integrations teams for Coupa integrations with ERP and MDM tools.
• Resolve user questions and ensure efficient, high-quality service.
