Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced procurement technology professional to lead Coupa deployments across enterprise platforms. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, blueprinting, configuration, and handover to support teams.

You will drive workshops, map business requirements to scalable Coupa designs and coordinate ERP integrations with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics to ensure seamless transactions and reporting. A strong client-facing capability is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement/ source-to-pay/ procure-to-pay or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa deployments, rollouts and enhancements including design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa modules: Procurement, Guided Buying, Sourcing, SIM, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Invoicing and supplier enablement.
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Understanding of end-to-end processes: requisitioning, PO, approvals, supplier onboarding, catalog buying, invoicing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa implementation, rollout and enhancements from requirements to deployment and hypercare.
• Conduct discovery and blueprinting workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable Coupa designs aligned with procurement/finance processes.
• Configure Coupa modules and coordinate with IT for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Own deliverables: process flows, design docs, test scripts, training inputs and cutover plans.
• Coordinate ERP integration activities and support end-to-end testing of master data and transactions.
• Provide recommendations for standardization, automation and user adoption.
• Manage day-to-day communications with stakeholders and offshore/onsite teams.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay or enterprise procurement transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end Coupa deployments, rollouts and enhancements, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Strong functional knowledge of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Supplier Portal, Contracts, Invoicing and supplier enablement.
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise financial/procurement platforms.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, approvals, supplier onboarding, catalog/non-catalog buying, invoice processing and payment status flows.
• Ability to independently lead customer workshops, capture business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions and recommend Coupa best practices.
• Experience preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, UAT scripts, cutover plans and deployment readiness materials.
• Ability to work with integration teams on interface design, data mapping, API/middleware coordination, error handling, reconciliation and end-to-end validation.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders, business users, IT teams and vendors.
• Ability to lead deployments with minimal supervision and guide junior consultants or offshore team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa implementation, rollout and enhancement projects independently from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
• Conduct discovery sessions, blueprinting workshops and requirement validation meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable Coupa solution designs aligned with procurement and finance process requirements.
• Configure Coupa modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, data migration and custom development needs.
• Own functional deliverables including process flows, solution design, configuration documents, test scripts, training inputs and cutover plans.
• Lead conference room pilots, solution demonstrations, system integration testing, UAT planning, defect triage and business sign-offs.
• Coordinate ERP integration activities with SAP/Oracle/other ERP teams and support end-to-end testing of master data, transactions and status updates.
• Provide proactive recommendations for process standardization, automation, supplier enablement and procurement user adoption.
• Manage day-to-day communication with customer stakeholders, project managers, onsite/offshore teams and third-party partners.
• Support production deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, knowledge transfer and transition to support teams.

Salary Range : $130,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
