Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban or Regional Planning, Public Administration, Geography, or a closely related field.
  • Master's degree and/or AICP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in planning or development services with leadership/supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the Planning and Development Services Department's operations and services.
  • Prepare planning documents, reports, and recommendations for Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and intergovernmental projects and manage department budget.
