A veteran-owned counterintelligence firm in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Counterintelligence/ Lead to support federal clients. Qualifications

• Former Warrant Officer or Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) with 5 years of SOF experience.
• Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments, including 1 with CAT I TTPs.
• 3 years operational experience conducting CI/HUMINT in a position of responsibility.
• Current driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and tasking to MRR SIO.
• Manage and administrate CI/HUMINT employees.
• Interview potential candidates for CAT II and CAT I training.
• Coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing.
• Prepare for training events including necessary equipment.
