Job summary

Amentum is seeking Counterintelligence Officers to support our client in the Northern Virginia area. The role requires advanced degrees and extensive experience in CI, HUMINT, and risk analysis, with a high-level government clearance.

Compensation ranges from 150,000 to 215,000, with comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates will bring expertise in vulnerability analysis, briefing delivery, and knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities, supporting both offensive and defensive CI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12-20+ years of relevant professional experience; Master’s degree highly desirable.
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys.
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
• Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT.
• Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods.
• Familiarity with CI risk analysis including insider threat detection.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of intelligence operations including risk assessment.
• Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at time of application.
