Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Counterintelligence Analyst specializing in personnel vetting, OSINT, and counterintelligence analysis to support national security objectives.

You will conduct comprehensive vetting, analyze OSINT and commercial data, and produce intelligence products for stakeholders with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills and experience in DoD/IC environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience required; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience with personnel vetting, screening, or investigative research in DoD/IC environment highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vetting and screening of individuals, organizations, and entities.
• Analyze OSINT, commercial databases, and other intelligence resources.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products including reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to identify patterns and assess threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support intelligence sharing.
