The University of Missouri System's MU Counseling Center seeks a licensed or license-eligible professional to promote student well-being through high-quality clinical services and outreach. You will work with colleagues across campus to address substance use and other addictions, including sports betting, and supervise post-doctoral residents and interns.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, MFT, or social work with licensure or eligibility in Missouri within 12 months.
• Preferred 3+ years post-degree counseling experience, ideally in a college counseling setting.
• Experience with substance use/addictions and brief therapy approaches is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial evaluations and determine appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Provide brief therapy, group therapy, and time-limited workshops for a broad range of concerns.
• Perform crisis services and consultations during regular business hours as part of a crisis team.
• Design outreach and prevention programming for students and campus community.
• Supervise post-doctoral residents, interns, fellows, and graduate students as allowed by licensure.
• Collaborate with Health Educators on substance use programming.
• Contribute to MU Counseling Center goals, policies, and committee work.
