Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to partner with the Technical Infrastructure and Cloud teams on complex commercial transactions and regulatory matters. You will advise senior executives and navigate high‑impact, strategic issues in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

In this role you will drive transaction strategy, manage external counsel, and help shape Google's global legal priorities across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable state or eligible to register in-house.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for Google’s technical infrastructure.
• Advise senior executives on high-sensitivity legal issues and strategic execution.
• Collaborate across Legal, Technical Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to harmonize legal strategies.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and optimize delivery and cost.
• Lead improvements in legal processes, compliance frameworks across jurisdictions.
